Programs and Services for Members Only

The Canadian Paint and Coatings Association provides a variety of resources for the exclusive benefit of its members including:

  • A comprehensive government relations program to ensure full and effective representation of the industry's concerns on current and new government policies, legislation and regulations impacting the sector;
  • A substantive advocacy program on behalf of members to communicate important industry positions on a variety of issues to all stakeholders;
  • Online training program leading to a Diploma in Coatings Technology for both members and non-members as well as TDG and GHS training;
  • Monthly Prime Time Newsletter, Bi-weekly Regulatory News Alerts and a bi-weekly Business Management, Marketing and Sales News Alerts;
  • Monthly "Need to Know" reminder of important dates and deadlines related to regulatory compliance, data gathering surveys on important issues, important information sessions on relevant industry issues, and upcoming events and opportunities;
  • Bulletins and notices about important industry and government actions;
  • INSIGHT: CPCA's Annual Report, Guide and Directory;
  • Access to statistical survey information on industry sales, trends and more; and
  • Certification for members with respect to Health & Safety and Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
